They came out quickly to evaluate and repair my air conditioning. Professional, friendly, and courteous. They use only top-of-the-line equipment and they do exceptional work. I will use Rich's for all of my future plumbing, AC, and heating needs.

I have used them the years on several calls.. I even had one serious call with shower leaking at a rental property. They fixed it completely and without a mess.. they had to cut wall, solder and install and did it professionally. They even brought a helper who was learning and they taught him and they also showed me. I am calling them again today. Guess what. Another leak at another property. :)

A few weeks ago, we had a plumbing nightmare in a one toilet house. My landlord called many companies and this was the only one who was willing to send a plumber out after 5 pm and within an hour. Tom and his son, Connor, were pleasant and professional. They fixed the problem immediately and made sure it would not happen again. That was almost 4 weeks ago and we haven't had problem since. Recommended highly, especially Tom and Connor
