Process was quick and customer service rep was helpful I was unable to go to the location yet personally, but my dad, who's on the lease said it was quick and easy, plus they were able to waive the admin fee! Definitely would use again

Clean and reasonably priced It was easy to book online and move in without having to visit the office. Their web services are very good.
Clean but slow Storage was kept very clean. Customer service was good but very slow as there was only one person working. Would recommend
great company, unideal facility location The facility was easy to get around and my storage unit was clean. Also, the people working there were super helpful and friendly. Once on the facility I felt it was really safe and that my stuff would be well-kept. However there were a few safety concerns regarding the surrounding area... It shouldn't be a big deal and it's no fault of the company but that did affect my rating.
