Easy to get to The cleanliness of the building is very nice. My unit is very easy to get to. The lady at the front desk was very helpful

Storage Unit The unit was dirty when I got there so I had to clean it out and the entrance was a bit deceiving so to make sure I was at the right place I went into the office to ask. Both of the ladies were a bit snarky and did not give a great first impression. I was simply being nice and trying to confirm where the gate was and the one was just rude.
Accommodating and courteous Customer service is fantastic !
Very friendly customer service They were very helpful and understanding during my stressful time of moving. They helped me figure out the right size of storage unit I needed when I picked out the wrong size, I really appreciated their patience with me as well!
