Excellent customer service prior to move-in I reserved an outdoor parking space for my car, and to be clear, I have NOT moved in yet, but I have had to call a few times to make some adjustments to my rental timeline and had a few questions to properly prepare to store my car, and all my calls and interactions have been handled very well so far. I am looking forward to dropping off my car in a couple of weeks.
