Brad was very informative about the process and exactly how they would proceed. He kept in touch with me concerning schedules. He was very re-assuring about the product and his crew. He assisted me in choosing the correct product. Everything was on time for installation and the clean up was excellent. I highly recommend him and Chastian roofing.
We had a roof replaced about 10 years ago and Chastain came highly recommend to us at that time. Fast-forward 10 years later and we were hit by a tornado in April. When our adjuster came to our home, he told us that we had double layer shingles on our roof, we also had 2 other roofing companies look at our home and each one told us that Chastain had placed double layer shingles on our roof. Mr. Brad Holbrook was dispatched to give me an estimate. He was very professional, timely and answered/addressed all of my questions & concerns. Chastain Roofing was scheduled and completed my roof replacement on time. While addressing my roof issues, several other potential water leak issues were brought to my attention and addressed. Great customer service and dedication to solving my roofing problem. Always available and responsive. Repair work to chimney caps and flashing was excellent and technicians were on time, friendly and professional.

Just got our roof, gutters, skylight, soffits, and fascia all replaced by Chastain. Super pleased with results. Brad oversaw our job and made sure we were completely satisfied the whole way through. Would highly recommend to anyone!
