Soliciting in my neighborhood with a very pronounced no soliciting sign. They even hung a door hanger on my door which is maybe 30ft from a no soliciting sign. They also claim that they see hail damage on my roof from the ground when my roof had just been redone and hasn’t even been rained on yet. Just a bunch of lies to try and get business. Honest business is one thing, but garbage is another. Come by it honestly or don’t come by it at all.
I had a lot of work done in 2017 and they told me it would be guaranteed. Well the deck they Installed is now sagging and broken. I have called for over a week and no one will return my call. Maybe their guarantee isn’t any good. I’ve tried several ways to contact them and although the people who answer assure me that someone will contact me, no one ever does. They like all the nice reviews but it seems they ignore any issues that their customers have.

i would not recommend this company at the present time. the company has no customer service or time regard. this project has taken 6 months and is still not complete as of today however the final check was cashed before the work was completed. at first when the painter called appointments were not kept. the bathroom needs to be completed and the painter has not even bothered to call or touch base. the bedroom closet was finally painted by Tyler. all in all this has been a terrible experience. my advice to any customer wo... read more
Terrible. Took two weeks for a salesman to contact me after I requested. And that was only because I contacted the contractor a second time. Once the salesman came out he gathered information for what I was requesting and stated he would get back with me 3 days later once he crunched numbers. Never heard from him. Almost a week after he was supposed to get back with me I attempted contacting him but he would not answer or respond.
