RecommendedChase Coltharp is a gentleman and a scholar. He takes pride in his work and likes to make sure his work is done properly and meets the customers needs! He was able to get my roof paid for by my insurance company and I didn’t have to do a thing other than stand and watch him and the adjuster talk! RecommendedI had a great experience with this JACO . We had our roof replaced and Hunter was there to help us every step of the way. He checked in on us often and made sure we understood the whole process. If we had questions Hunter helped us get them them answered. The crew arrived not only on time but they was early and ready to work. They did what they had to do and did a great job with the clean up. I would most definitely recommend JACO to anyone. RecommendedThe crew arrived early on Monday, and, with the exception of a roof vent and piece of drip strip, the entire roof was installed by the end of the day. The following day they installed the two missing pieces, and left the area cleaner than they found it. Michael Simmons promptly returned our called and answered our questions. We are very happy with the quality of our new roof and the service we received.

RecommendedThey did our roof. They came early in the morning as they promised, with an amazing team. Worked super organized and they were done the same day. Our roof looks perfect now. They cleaned everything and checked to make sure not even a nail is on the grass... And Robert and Tyler were both amazing in communicating with us, with scheduling and leading the team! RecommendedA few months back I noticed a spot on my ceiling and called Jaco to check it out. John Muirhead from Jaco came out and discovered major roof issues and told me to call my insurance company. He worked with my insurance adjustor and handled everything for me. I was able to get my roof replaced and the repairs inside fixed. It was so nice to have people do what they say, show up when they say and complete the project on time!
