Terran was great to work with, very polite and attentive. Our first experience purchasing a brand new vehicle. Terran and the rest of the team were very helpful and continue to be as new questions and concerns arise. We learned a lot from this experience and feel better prepared for our next buying experience. All in all we feel we got a fair deal givin today's market, etc.
Mike Boger and Erica Gold helped us find the vehicle we were looking for when unfortunately the engine failed on our primary rig. We didn't know if that would be possible looking for a 9 passenger 4x4 with plenty of life left. They were able to line us up with a 3 bench Tahoe gently used, with everything we asked for. Mike Boger made our new car purchase seamless. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda CRV and answered all our questions. After putting down a deposit and ordering the vehicle Mike kept us informed on the transport location and approximate time of delivery.
