New Truck Purchase This is now our 3rd new vehicle purchased at Eisinger Motors. Curt has helped and guided us through all three. This last purchase of a 2016 2500HD was a very pleasant experience. Bought an Excellent used vehicle from Eisinger. Bought a slightly used vehicle from Eisinger motors while overseas. Micheal Ulbricht was excellent communicating vehicle description and getting all documents to me while I was in Nimr, Oman. Despite and unnecessary delay in returning to the US, my vehicle was still awaiting in near perfect condition. Remaining paperwork was quick and easy and was out the door in no time. After your call to your sales person Michael Ulbricht about the rotor and water leak issue Michael was told to have you come in and if the issue existed Eisinger Motors would pay for the repair. Michael went of medical leave about 3 weeks after your purchase and did not follow up on the issues. The service department had no knowledge that the repair was to be a no cost to you. Wonderful experience First I should mention my first time purchasing a vehicle was pretty awful, which set me up to feel pretty guarded when looking again. Michael was the sales rep that helped me and not once did I feel like he was pushy or trying to sell me something out of my price range. He was able to get me into a beautiful new car at a very reasonable price. I am so happy with my experience that I would encourage anyone who is hesitant with car salesmen to check out Eisinger, and work with Michael if possible.

Friendly and Helpful I had a great experience purchasing my truck from Eisinger Motors. Anthony took my phone call late the night before and met me early to show me the vehicle I was interested in. He was friendly, easy to talk to and helped me get into the vehicle that I wanted. I was referred to Eisinger Motors by a friend and wouldn't hesitate to refer another friend to them after the experience I had purchasing a vehicle from them.

Really pleasant experience Decided it was probably time to trade in my older pickup but felt overwhelmed and apprehensive to stroll through the dealership doors. Found a selection of vehicles on Eisinger's website I was interested in and went to over on a Saturday afternoon. Easy low pressure Anthony was great, not high pressure, easy to talk with.
