Bought used, should have taken more time. Bought a 10-year-old vehicle and should have spent more time looking for options that weren’t working. Two of the four doors power locks didn’t work, the back hatch door handle was broken. I’m convinced the dealership knew these and withheld information. I wish I would’ve spent more time looking over the vehicle and using what I found as a bargaining chip to lower the price or have the problems fixed. Really Fair Priced Used Truck No BS game playing. I am an out of town buyer who located a used Chev 2013 1500 crew on their online showroom, liked the looks and price, called spoke to salesman "Hitch", discussed my trade and made an appt to come and test drive and maybe make an offer/deal on Chev. They DID NOT change their price upon seeing my trade, as many dealers do. Gave me almost what I wanted for my trade and made a deal. Exceptionaly excellent! Twice! I live in the seattle area and spent 6 months looking for a particular truck and a dealership with integrity (hard to find in western wa.) from minute one on phone Hitch and crew were so helpfull that i was able to decide to put a deposit on the truck ( under book) and made a trip to kalispell , both the truck (2011 gmc 3500 diesl crew full bed 4x4 64000 mi.) and Hitch and all were great!!!
