Better than expected After seeing a car online at Eisinger Motors, I called and spoke to Michael Ulbricht about the car. He inspected it and gave me an accurate description. Since I was coming from Oklahoma to see this car, he offered a $200 incentive for travel expenses. I was met at the airport in the vehicle, we proceeded to the dealership and completed the transaction. That was 3 weeks ago tomorrow. Customer Service This is without a doubt one of the best Chevy dealerships I've worked with. I've been a Chevy owner for well over 20 years and as such have worked with many dealerships throughout the country. I currently live in Florida and will be purchasing another Tahoe in the near term and would willingly come back here just to be able to deal with these guys.
Car buying should always go like this! Have bought many cars through the years...some deals went well, others not so much. This one was easy. Working with Curt Lembke and Greg Eisinger was great. No pressure, answered all my questions, were fair on the trade-in and sales price of the new one. Curt also was great with the vehicle orientation. I usually like to figure things out myself, but he showed me many things about the vehicle that I hadn't discovered during my research. Saved me HOURS!!!
Working with Paul Digger was a great experience. Paul made things easy, did most of vehicle negotiations by email. He had all the paperwork ready to go by the time I test drived the vehicle, I was out in 30 minutes, no hassles. I would highly recommend Paul Digger.
Great Service Best buying experience I have had, had the pleasure of dealing with Jason and Curt. Found the car my wife was looking for and called up to the dealer as we lived 3 hours away. Talked with Jason and said what's the best deal I can get, when he got back to me it was definitely cheaper then anywhere I had found. Michael Ulbricht We recently bought our second vehicle from Michael Ulbricht and found him to be excellent to work with both times. We felt he is thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable and did his best to make us happy. We will have no problem recommending him. As we were ready to head back to Polson, we realized the gas tank was empty on our new purchase and he took us across the street and gave Boyd $10. Out of his own wallet to get us on our way.
