Pleasant Experience Went in to look at a highly desirable truck noticed on the internet. Came across Mike in the parking lot, found out the truck had already sold. Needed a truck I needed a truck and had specific items and price I wanted to pay. Because of the service and ease in communication with Burt I drove all the way from Billings to buy my vehicle.
Finally dealt with a sales person that wasn't pushy, needy, overconfident and hungry for a sale. Digger was just himself there to help me make a purchase. I was in the parking lot looking for 15 minutes and no one came out. I went inside and there were two other sales people who walked by and did not ask me if I needed anything. I was about to walk out and Digger came out of the main office and immediately asked if he could help. From then on my sales experience was seamless and pleasant.
