I’ve been living at the Cosmopolitan Apartments since February 2024, and over that time I’ve watched the community deteriorate significantly. With my lease ending in the middle of next year, I’ve already decided I will not be renewing, and I strongly urge anyone considering moving here to think twice. One of the best things about the Cosmopolitan is having a very quick and responsive maintenance manager in Jamie! He has been great at fixing all our issues that we have had in a very quick and timely manner. The amenities are alright, could use updating, but it doesn’t look like AION has much interest of putting money into the complex. There should be more meet and greet events to get to know people in the building. Also, heard there was a shooting in our complex and there was never any communication?!!!! Jamie is a top tier maintenance guy. I luckily haven't had many issues recently. But my heat did malfunction a few months ago, and he came to fix it literally immediately. He also came to do seasonal maintenance promptly and ahead of schedule. He is very on top of things. He also genuinely cares about his job and the people he helps. Very grateful to have him!
I am a current resident of the Cosmopolitan Apartments, where I have lived for nearly eight months. Over that time, there has been constant turnover in the management team, resulting in a noticeable decline in the overall quality of living. My lease is set to expire in 2026, and I want to be absolutely clear: I will not be renewing it. I failed to leave this review a while ago - but am coming back now hearing from friends who are stuck living there still. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but it only got worse. From witnessing drug deals/busts happening on the property to staff members propositioning residents, I couldn’t tolerate it any longer.
