We had some hardwood floors replaced by Costen as well as sanding and coating. Gretchen worked with us and stayed on top of the whole project.She was excellent and a pleasure to work with. The work done was beautiful.. I did have a few things that need to be fixed and she sent Randy who was a perfectionist and his work was outstanding. Everybody who worked on my floors was very professional and polite. They always showed up on time . I would definitely recommend Costen Floors.
Terrific experience working with William B. at Costen Floors to select and install Bruce prefinished hardwood flooring to match an existing floor, 14 years old. The match is perfect and the installer, Mac, did an excellent job as well. Could not be happier with the total package from Costen Floors!
