I really want to Thank Trevor and Doug for all the help and guidance on all our flooring needs and Tile, they know that I am sick and without their help, I don't think we could've gotten through this remodel, My name is Jimmy the son of James and I would recommend these guys in Salem Va over anyone else I have dealt with, THANK YOU just don't seem to be enough
This company puts the flooring and the carpet in the new houses that I paint in the Salem and Dublin you do NOT want to hire them they will destroy your walls and trim
We were working with Gary and had a new kitchen floor installed. Gary was very helpful and patient while we decided which floor we wanted. I highly recommend Costen and ask for Gary- you will be pleased.

The worker was to come back the following week to finish molding. Did not show up . Was to show up following week before 12:00. Showed up without knowing what to do with no materials. ? don't know when they will back. Sorry business..
Everything was done in a totally professional way.From sales to install, the right questions were asked, and everything proceeded smoothly. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!!
Walker just completed replacing 20-30 boards of unfinished red oak flooring at our house. He did an exceptional job with no problems. His skill and professionalism is evident. I had a difficult time locating someone willing to do the job. Your sales associate Mark Imes also responded with professionalism and quickly provided a reasonable quote.
