This hospital doesn’t know anything about the importance of informed consent!! My friend took her fur baby to get groomed, but ended lifeless because they over sedated him. They DID NOT FULLY INFORM the fur parents about the sedation, how irresponsible!! If only they know how to communicate well, their fur baby will still be alive. To all the fur parents out there, i don’t think you would want something like this to happen to your fur babies. Just look for another hospital who knows the value of communication.

My friend took her precious healthy fur baby here for grooming and took him home dead. 😔 Why did you gave the cat several medications that caused him to have cardiac arrest? My friend called earlier to check of what his cat is doing and you didn’t inform her of what exactly is going on, otherwise she won’t push through with the grooming. For all the pet owners, think twice before bringing your beloved pets in this veterinary hospital. What happened to my friend’s fur baby might possibly happen to yours too. #justiceformilo

How reckless can you get?! My sister brought her fur baby to this clinic for supposed grooming only BUT brought him home DEAD. They over sedate her lovely cat. The family is so heartbroken right now... Where is your heart? #JusticeforMILO

I am extremely upset to hear about my friend taking her cat in to be groomed only to come back and find it lifeless. They over medicated her baby without her consent, without notifying her, and now she had to say goodbye to a loved one WAY too soon! The cat went in healthy. Now due to negligence and malpractice an entire family is HEARTBROKEN! Shame on you guys!

Horrible communication skills at discharge- told us nothing after sedating her at her appt except for “the dr is busy so she’ll have to call us when she’s not”. Wouldn’t call us back even though we’ve tried several times for the dr to call us and explain what was given to our cat or if she even treated the uti we took her in for considering she’s continued to be in horrible pain ever since her appointment. As a Veterinarian your duty, much like as pediatrician, should be to inform the responsible parties of what needs to be done healthcare wise and inform them of the risks that are taken if those actions are not taken. I cannot recommend this Veterinary “Hospital” due to the lack of information given to my boyfriend about his dog. He should have been better informed about the risks taken on by not spaying her, but not only did they not inform of the risks they never even really acknowledged that she was not spayed. Went in expecting to pay one price and left paying almost double with no call to inform me prior to them do it. I also had my dog groomed and he looked awful in my opinion I will attach pics for your own opinion last picture is a before pic. Just over all not happy with our first experience with them.

**RED FLAG WARNING** Dr. Redden and group were supposed to be caring for my families 2 precious dogs while we went skiing. But instead they were found on Sunday afternoon by a kind stranger running down 23rd Street while we were paying Council Road to care for them so we could have a worry free vacation. Not even a phone call from dr redden and she still charged us $245.00. NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM
