My family has used Beaumont small animal clinic for many years.They have taken great care of our fur family for years.We had a black Labrador that was 17 she was very sick and couldn't hardly walk. We called the vet about end of life services we went to Beaumonts sister clinic at countryview.We knew this would be a very hard situation,but there Dr's and staff were so compassionate and understanding.They gave us as much time as we needed and our family stayed with our dog through the entire process. Would be 5/5 if they didn't stop approving Chewy orders over the phone. I've taken all three of my animals to country view for years now, and the service has been wonderful and the staff have been very caring. The recent decision to no longer approve Chewy prescriptions over the phone has been a real hassle, and it's made it much less convenient for me to get my pets the medications they need.
I fully agree with the other review that said that the main issue is communication. I have been using Beaumont & Countryview for almost two decades. Switching vets isn't easy, but there is a clear pattern of issues with communication that is making me want to go elsewhere, sadly. And I say sadly because I have had good experiences with caring vets like Dr. Beaumont, Dr. Myers, Dr. Fantom, Dr. Stark, and many of the vet techs (Lindsey is great!). We’ve been clients at Country View since 2020, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined over time. While the veterinarians are friendly and knowledgeable during appointments, visits often feel rushed, which makes the costs feel harder to justify. The biggest issue is communication outside of appointments. To enjoy this place you must be a pet owner already and knowledgeable about your dogs health care needs.This place isn't for new dog families, they aren't welcoming at all. The lead female vet just stares at us and spoke very rude on our first trip, had my daughter sad after leaving. I've been twice and have left uneasy, rushed exams but fully priced totals.
