Country View vet clinic is amazing. The vet techs, and Dr. Fantom are by far the best we have ever had the pleasure of bringing our cats to. Dr. Fantom is so kind, attentive, compassionate, and caring not only to our pets, but to us as well. She is always willing to go the extra mile as is the rest of the staff, especially with my old man kitty who is terrified of doctors and shows his anger in a difficult more aggressive way. We’ve been clients at Country View since 2020, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined over time. While the veterinarians are friendly and knowledgeable during appointments, visits often feel rushed, which makes the costs feel harder to justify. The biggest issue is communication outside of appointments. The front desk appears consistently understaffed—calls are almost always placed on hold for extended periods, and I’ve often had to hang up after waiting too long. Would be 5/5 if they didn't stop approving Chewy orders over the phone. I've taken all three of my animals to country view for years now, and the service has been wonderful and the staff have been very caring. The recent decision to no longer approve Chewy prescriptions over the phone has been a real hassle, and it's made it much less convenient for me to get my pets the medications they need.
