I Strongly Do Not Recommend!! Make sure you ask lots of questions. If your Loved one has Special needs spell them out and hope that they follow them. The less trouble the resident the better the care. After our Loved one got out of the hospital after one such lack of care incident, we moved our Loved one to a different facility. I do not recommend their treatment of employees. They do them a disservice in not budgeting enough to their kitchen staff. In turn leading to overworking them, then not understanding why they are not able to perform well, driving them to health instability. Basically breaking them and their families. They are also not professsional or transparent in communicating with their staff. Some of whom have been more than willing to bend over backwards for the company many times over the years. We had such high hopes for this facility, but could not get my mother out of the facility fast enough. We continuously had issues with the staff following a schedule ... Or even making sure they got my mother to meals or turned off the lights and tv in my mother's room at night so she could get a proper night's sleep. They have some awesome caregivers, but they cannot keep them because the good ones will and do leave for a better facility or quit because they are unhappy with management. This facility is unprofessional and extremely unethical. They changed my mothers medication with no medical order or request from the family. Staff is not properly trained on how to approach patients and they log every incident (even normal behavior) in the charts so they can use it at a later date to get your loved one on an anti-psychotic.
