Such a great place so glad my mom and I found it! My cat fell ill and they were quick to fit him in and so kind over the phone. I was unable to call out of work, and they were great with coordinating with my mom to get him in and taken care of :) they were super kind and loving to my cat the entire time, Dr.Johnson took care of him and did a fantastic job. My pup is a rather new patient at the clinic but we’ve had to go in twice this month and since the moment I called to make the initial appointment I received great customer service. Every interaction we’ve had with the staff has been incredible they were patient, attentive, and kind to my pup. You can feel that they love what they do. it’s palpable. Dr. Lisa Kingsley was fantastic with our cat. Our cat is scared of new people and the vet, but Dr. Kingsley handled him gently. She figured out a couple of strategies to help him calm down and she didn’t seem like she was rushing the appointment. We are so happy we have a vet that understands cats. So often, I feel like cats are not given the same care as dogs, but our cat was treated very well. I am happy we found Countryside! Thanks :)
I recently had my first visit to this vet Clinic and I will say that the staff and the doctor were amazingly nice and wonderful towards its furry patients. I had a great experience overall. To my military service members out there, they do military discounts! I recommend those pet owners to give this clinic a shot to take care of your furry family member. Thank you!
I'm glad I found this clinic, after having bad experiences with clinics in the past I was worried about taking my baby to another primarily dog and cat based clinic that just happens to have one specialist for him, this always stands out like a red flag to me But their specialist is great , She gave him shots and medicine and knew exactly what could be wrong with him, although we haven't resolved it yet and she has referred us to another clinic I am very pleased with her treatment of my baby, if I was still at his original c... read more
