Complete garbage and old test that they sell and every single one noatter what concentration I've tried will always say negative when I'm supposed to have two say positive!!!! I've ordered the same test and concentration that my Dr. Uses and these old test that they sell will get you kicked out for not showing positive and believing that your selling your medication. I highly doubt Walgreens is giving out fake medication bc there is going to be a HUGE lawsuit if so!!!!!! Bs test!!!! Waste of $$$$...
I have ordered every single CONCENTRATION LEVEL test from your company and every single test shows negative which is impossible!!!!!! I'm done ordering from your company and in good faith according to your mission statement, I should be reimbursed for every test I have ever ordered. Unless Walgreens is giving me fake medication, which I highly doubt!!!!! Don't bother ordering from this company because they sell OLD test that always say negative when I'm supposed to be positive!!!!! BS is what it is!!!!!
Absolutely dreadful service, stay away from this company, Impossible to get on phone , will not reply to email. And they pass your test to another party mainly Pharmatech. Their customer service is just as bad. STAY AWAY keep your money I will be contacting CVS asking them why they stock their products
No customer service whatsoever they pass on samples to Pharmatec I just called them after 10 days and they haven’t received my test yet I spoke to Pharmatec but impossible to get through the countrywide test
Terrible customer service. We have been trying to contact them for over a month through email and phone calls regarding a defective product and they will not respond. If I could give zero stars, I would.
These Phamatech COVID19 Antibody Tests Are NOT ACCURATE. These tests are not sensitive enough to pick up the presence of antibodies, rendering them USELESS. I bought a box of 25 tests for my patients and their families - many of whom had officially tested positive for Covid 19 and had recovered for 4-8 weeks. Many of these subjects had been directly exposed to COVID, experienced full symptoms, and had fully recovered. Order was simple, delivery very efficient, product questionable after consuming cocaine, amphetamines, MDMA, and thc I tested the next day only to fail for the cocaine not shure on accuracy of tests due to the amount of drugs taken I believe I should have failed for all four substances but did not these questionable results lead me to believe the product may b subpar
It has been 9 days since I put my test in the mail, and have not gotten any word on it. No shipping confirmation, no email letting me know that the lab received my test, and no results! What did I pay $40 for? There isn't even a way to check the status of my test on the website. But, thank god I've gotten 5 emails asking me to review. I'm giving two stars because the process was simple, but the annoying emails and lack of updates once the money was taken out of my account have turned me off.
