Stay away from this place!!! They discriminate against Hispanic family just because of ethnicity! Was living here, and was a very quiet family, always had rent up to date, then the new landlord tried to frame me and remove me from the apartment complex in January without giving me a reason. They just said they are the owners, and they can remove people they don't like without giving a reason. Again, stay away!!!!
Dirty hallways. People doing drugs in the halls. Homeless people living in the halls and in the parking lot. Maintenance will go through your stuff if you’re not home and if you are home they will insulate you in Spanish thinking you don’t understand them. The women in the office when they bother to be in the office are rude. They “lose paperwork” about once every few months and try to charge you for it. I spoke with the property manager! If I could rate her it would be a negative ZERO! That lady Tanice Ellis if I got her name right! The conversation we had went totally left from start to finish! She is absolutely the rudest person that I have ever spoke to on the phone! I called and told her the issues that I was having and she was absolutely rude about everything that was a concern to me! Nasty place. Very low income housing.
What a waste of time. I flew in to Indianapolis 2 days ahead of time to make it to a meeting @11am on Monday September 26th and upon arrival was notified that their office was closed for the day due to staff being in "training". What an inconvenience. To make matters worse after being hung up on twice by their call center they asked me if I was willing to come to another located and inconvenience myself more. I wouldn't live here again if my life depended on it the newer manager doesn't follow the legal stand point of things even if its a life or death situation.
Do not believe their rental refer-ale program. I talked my son into moving into the apartments he moved into vista now they claim that he did not put my name down as a reference so no 300 dollar credit. And keep a close eye on your account in case they charge you for something that is not your issue. I got mine fixed the admitted the mistake but keep a close on your account. I have lived here 27 months always early or exactly on time for rent but I dont know what has changed within management I would and will not refer anyon... read more
