Server did not write down order and forgot my main dish. 4 people at the table and brought each piece out one at a time, so wasn't suspecting until I hadn't gotten my dish and my entire party was finishing theirs. I had to advise server that I had no food, he did not acknowledge that he had forgotten to put it in (he said let me go get that, but I saw him go directly to enter it in the computer), and never came back to update me. The service was VERY slow and the dining room was almost empty except for us. The manager checked on us which was nice, but the server we only saw twice. The food was poor- cold soup, cold chicken on my sandwich. For such a lovely place, it’s a disappointment the food in the dining room was so poor. I have been to several “catered” events while playing pickleball and the food was good. I think their strength is appetizers, drinks and pickleball. They need a new chef and management to train servers properly.

Don't eat here if you have food allergies! Chips that are on the gluten free menu are fried in a fryer with shellfish amd gluten! We took my husband for Father's day and had to leave without eating, as there were literally no options we could safely choose.

The service was terrible. We were a group and received our food in stages. The server never checked on us, our glasses were left empty. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, which allows for no excuse for the poor service. The food was very average, the quantity was minimal and certainly didn't warrant the price.

Booked a reservation outside because it was a very nice day and was seated inside, where I could see our reservation outside with the reserved sign on it. It took about 20 minutes for anyone to even look our way. The server was nice and food was overpriced for it to taste okay. Cool restaurant, but wouldn’t come here again.

Very unfriendly and lazy team leader. An example Is she was unwilling to change tv channel even though they had no other in door customers. There are better choices to obtain reasonable service.

Had made a reservation to sit outside, but upon arriving was seated indoors. When questioned why, host at front desk was not very accommodating, inconsiderate and was not customer friendly. Was told there were no outside tables even though we had a reservation. Pretty much take it or leave it.
