Staff- great!
The hotel was accommodating and the staff was over-the-top, courteous, respectful, and very customer service oriented
Room was not Bert clean - shower was dirty and counter top had toothpaste on it from another guest. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day earlier and tried to see if we could get a partial refund and was told only if someone booked our room so basically we weren’t getting anything. I was hoping for a little compassion.
