Just okay Overall a decent hotel. We had to take off toilet lid a couple of times to jiggle the float to get water to stop running. We were disappointed when we came back to our room and found it wasn’t tidied up or towels replenished. Went down to get towels and only then was told there was no house keeping unless you asked for it. We also got a bill for parking which wasn’t disclosed to us until checkout, which was $10 a day.
Wonderful hotel with great beds, quiet rooms and super helpful staff. The location makes it easy to walk to the beach, places to eat, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop and more!
Great choice in Cocoa Beach We had a very nice stay here. They did not provide any room cleaning over our three night stay but we had everything we needed and could have asked for anything we were missing. The front desk was very friendly and the property was very clean and nice
The front desk staff was awesome (Dave)! Other than that the property is underwhelming. Not very clean at all! There was a used bandaid stuck on the floor of my balcony in a place where it could not be missed. All of the chairs in the terrace area were pretty filthy and the water in the hot tub looks like it needs to be drained and deep cleaned.
Loved proximity on beach and attached balcony to room. Love cleanliness of the room. Parking was 10.00 per day so that was a downside but not that bad.
Property not in close proximity with beach. Access to beach not user friendly. This is an OK property. When driving on Atlantic Ave, I saw other Hilton Property better style and close to beach. Will use those next time. Will not use this property on my next visit to cocoa beach.
