new but expected more this new hotel was clean but the pool was ice cold and it took our pizza delivery guy 90 minutes to get to us...

Nice hotel Nice rooms. Front desk agents were unprofessional via phone, but very helpful in person. The hotel is close to the beach and the grounds are beautiful. We normally stay at one of the LI&S, but we are glad we chose Courtyard this time around.

Great price and great location! Overall our stay was great. It was only for one night and my only complaint is that when I was checking in at the allocated time, 3pm. I was told they were sold out of King beds, which I had specifically booked, weeks ago. They told me I could have 2 queens. I said that was not acceptable, I booked a King and we wanted a king. jla surfing i reserved 2 rms, mine was fine but when my daughter and her family checked they were put in a smoking room. they requested to have another room and were given a handcapped rm. this was not convenient for her childrens baths. in my room the air conditioner vents had lint all over them. this was not my favorite stay at a marriot

Clean, Comfortable and a Huge Room! I enjoyed this hotel very much...and would not hesitate to stay here again...
