Staff was as friendly and nice a they could be. A door slamming every couple of minutes (maybe 15 times) at /-6:00 p.m. on two separate occasions was a bored teenager, a mentally ill guest or careless housing staff, who were working that late - a minor annoyance. If it was housekeeping, they should have a better process.
The staff were SO friendly and very accommodating to an early check in as well as my having my Dog with me.
Elhotel esta ubicado justo en el centro de la ciudad, donde puedes ir a muchos lugares de imteres a pie. Lo que mas me gusto fue que al hacer el check out, guardaron nuestros equipages unas horas despues.
The hotel was amazing. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Me and my wife came into town for the Dallas vs Eagles game and it was amazing. The valet service needed up being cheaper than advertised o line it was $32 for all day vs the $52 I found online. So that was also a plus.
Beautiful hotel, lovely clean and spacious room. Very quiet even though it's a great location for lots of things. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
Loved the location, the friendly staff, the updated and clean rooms. Would have appreciated vending machines and/or small convenience items/snacks for sale at a kiosk. I also appreciate access to stairwell from ground floor.
The service was good and the location is excellent, right in the middle of City Center. But this is a bare minimum necessities kind of hotel where they provide as little in the room as possible. The staff is friendly and cooperative and provided whatever was actually available.
