Very kind and welcoming staff~ I actually had an appointment here awhile back when i was pregnant because i had medicaid and i remember all of them being super sweet and friendly. They did tell me to set up an appointment with them after i had my baby so i can get some work done on some cavities but unfortunately time got away from me and i no longer have medicaid...However I did have the privilege of returning here recently because my son has insurance and again; Very kind and sweet staff. I have been very pleased with my experience at Cove Choice Dental. They have always been timely and very efficient with their services. No long wait times with courteous and pleasant staff. I have only been there for cleaning and xrays (so far thank goodness!) I do not have dental insurance and was very pleased that they had affordable cash price options. I would recommend Cove Choice Dental to family and friends!
The lady who works at the front desk was very friendly. I came in last Thursday for a cleaning. I had no idea that they didn’t have a hygienist. The dentist was rude, heavy handed and this was the most painful cleaning experience that I have ever encountered during and after the procedure. The female dentist who works on Tuesdays is way more gentle and friendly.
I’ve taken my four children here several times now and start to finish from the ladies working at the front desk, to the dental hygienists (I think we’ve had all of them at this point, all lovely) and the two different dentists we’ve seen have been absolutely WONDERFUL! Able to get appointments quickly, great communication both with front desk and the dentist. Everyone wonderful with making kids feel at ease and comfortable. Work done efficiently, never had to wait more than a moment. Highly recommend!!!!!!
My experience was great from the start. The first person you see made me feel very comfortable and helpful on what needs to be done. The doctor and hygienist made me feel right at home. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Emily Martin
