the staff truly cares and wants to see the clients succeed. this place saved my life and I am grateful for another day in recovery and another chance to support the addicts who still suffer.

A Living Nightmare — Cove Forge Is a Hellhole Masquerading as Rehab Cove Forge in Williamsburg, PA, is not a rehabilitation center — it is a warehouse of human suffering, a festering ground of neglect, abuse, and institutionalized trauma. I spent 16 days in their inpatient facility, and what I witnessed was more like a prison run by indifference and chaos than any form of medical or therapeutic treatment. Within days of arriving, I watched a body bag being wheeled out of Detox A. The staff acted like this was routine — no ... read more

this place is the worst place I have ever been in my life and I have been to many struggling with addiction for a little over twenty years of my life. the staff is degrading and heartless and even worse is medical. I take 300mg Wellbutrin, they were giving me 2 pills of 150mg that we pop out of blister sheets ourselves. one day I'm called to medical to be told that they switched me to only one 300mg pill several days prior so I had been taking 600mgs per day before they realized maybe they should inform me of this change sin... read more

They are psychos who have zero compassion or common sense. Glad I'll never have to use their system...but I feel horrible for the people there just trying to get help and being treated like circus animals. This place should be ashamed of employing Joe Van Scoyoc and anyone else who acts like him.

I worked their intake between December 2019 and April 2021. I know where all the bodies are buried. Literally... Want to know about the Clinical Supervisor who stole at least $20,000 directly from clients bank accounts? Just ask. Want to know about the Director of Nursing fucking the staff? Just ask. Want to know about the facility letting clients file for pandemic UC while in treatment? Just ask. Want to know about the Assistant Director of Nursing that's an alcoholic. The reason he lost his last job was his 2nd DUI an... read more

My husband put his self in rehab for alcohol addiction. I talked to him three times. The first two times he sounded good up beat. He called me today and he sounded strung out and over medicated. He was saying things to me that he would when he was using. I called to talk to his counselor. They said the can’t say or deny if the husband was there. I told them I just hung up from talking to him. I didn’t want to talk to him but his counselor. I am concerned they are over medicating him. I have read a lot of bad about this place... read more

I am a gay male who experienced homophobia on an extreme level while at this facility, so did the other two gay guys who were there, my female friend was threatened to be raped multiple times, and when we stopped going to groups and was confronted and told administration why we were not going to group anymore they kicked us out, on top of that there is an open drug trade that goes on at this facility, people selling heroin and crack while I was there, other people I spoke to they said while they were there it was meth, the s... read more
