Phenomenal staff, superior service, excellent customer care. This place is blessed! My babies Wealthy and Worthy love coming here and have received excellent reports. Staff is attentive, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Teamwork keeps this ship running smoothly, from the receptionists to the nurse practitioners, everybody practices excellence. 10/10 would recommend!!! [Wealthy pictured]
The tip of the iceberg for me! Got a sick appointment as my 1 yr old son who had been experiencing diarrhea for 5 days. My son had no other symptoms (vomiting, fever, lethargy, etc.) and I tried everything I knew to do to bulk up his BM, but was starting to develop a bad diaper rash from the diarrhea. The NP that saw us told me that the diarrhea was simply from post nasal drip because he had a runny nose- that he was swallowing mucous and upsetting his stomach. Had a 9 30 appointment showed up 9:42 front desk told me I was late so if I wanted to be seen they would try to work me in. Had a 17 month old with me. They had me wait 2 and half hours before I was seen. No customer service no one checked on me. Guess if your late they deal with you like your at a free clinic definitely will be finding a new provider. From the front desk to the nurses are rude and no help.
Doctor Patrick P. Is one of the greatest pediatrician. But the front office is not very professional due to his office manager ms. Melanie cotton she’s very rude and entitled. There have been two separate occasions where my appointment was set and she canceled them on the same day. I’m reading these previous posts about racial profiling, discrimination, and other but to be honest? My daughter is 18 months and ai have been seeing them the whole time. And I am also African American. We love Rebecca and Stephanie, nurse practitioners, however I have never seen Dr. Puliam and it’s sad to see the reviews about him.
