A Wonderful Place to Call Home I have recently purchased a home that will start a new chapter for me BUT I could not leave Coventry Court without praising my stay there. The entire staff is AMAZING!!!!!! The office staff and Maintenance staff always addressed concerns or any issues in a timely manner. Great Townhome! We loved living here! The neighbors are nice and friendly, the groundskeepers work hard to keep the community looking nice, and the apartment is quite spacious! The ladies in the office are super friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend!

A Nice, Quiet Neighborhood After living here for 3 years, I can honestly say this is the first apartment that has felt like a home. The complex is always quiet, the grounds are well-kept, and the community makes it feel more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. Maintenance is always prompt, and the office staff is always very kind and helpful! It has gotten a little expensive, but all of the amenities make it worth it!

Great Management My husband and I moved from out of state last year and the leasing office made our move in experience so easy. We arrived late in the evening and the gift basket with cleaning supplies and toiletries was a nice gesture and made it easier to get settled. We enjoyed the floor plan and the trails and parks located behind the complex. We moved out to find a better location for work and childcare, and the front office team made our move out experience really easy, too.

Great place to live, Great Staff, Great location! I lived at Coventry Court Townhomes for several years and at two different locations. The location was perfect right next to Foster Park and with easy access to the walking trail. etc. I always found the neighbors to be very friendly and respectful too. And the front office staff and maintenance crew couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating when needed. Highly recommended!

Great Place to Live! I have lived here for a year and the service I've received was great! The staff are always caring and available to assist with any issues. Maintenance staff are fantastic and friendly to work with. The property was well maintained and I had no issues as a resident. The property management are great to work with and go the extra mile to make sure the resident is taken care of. Thank you for everything!

Resident of 27 years I have lived here for years. I've always had good neighbors and love that my apartment faces the park. The grounds are always well kept and the office girls and maintenance have been awesome!

Great place to live This is a great apartment community. The units are up to date and well kept. They are very nice and living here was a very pleasant experience. I wouldn't be moving if they were located N. Fort Wayne. Great price and utilities were very reasonable.
