Completely Wowed! When coming to this property, I had some doubts. I wasn’t sure if they were going to accept my three animals or not. Thankfully, they did! We were able to get approved and moved out within a day. We get a free carport and an updated washer and dryer compared to what we currently have at Willows of Coventry. Love it! I have actually been a resident here since 2010. I've lived in a two bedroom townhome and now a 3 bedroom. So far I love it. The apartments are big, washer, dryer, dishwasher included. That's a big deal for me, especially having children. The kitchen in the 3 bedroom is huge!! Also I like that the walking trail for foster park is right behind us. It's a good location, office girls are so sweet and maintenance is always friendly too. I haven't had any major issues or complaints. If I do have anything that needs fixed... read more
Coventry Court Townhome Best customer service and office staff - Approval to move in was fast and office staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the nicest apartment AND the lowest rent I've ever paid in Fort Wayne. Kitchen was newly remodeled, tile floor, everything was very nice and exceeded my expectations. The property is very cozy with big pine trees, it feels like a safe area and it's very quiet - walking trail along the river close by. Could not have asked for a better experience.
So far so good I have been here 3 months. They have been great to work with. Prior to moving here to FW from another state, they were great to work with and made the process easy. When I moved in everything was clean and ready to move in. I had problems getting my box spring up the stairs. They got it up there. When I found some maintinence issues, they took care of them right away and were really nice about it. So far the only complaint I have is the residents drive through the complex way too fast.
