I paid for this service for almost a year, expecting to be able to use it when I needed it. Unfortunately, when the time came to actually use the service, no one would accept it. I was also told that I should expect a refund, but that refund never came. I’m very disappointed because I paid for this service consistently for almost a year and was unable to use it when I needed it. On top of that, I never received the refund I was promised. This has been a very frustrating experience.
