Cowboys is awesome!! They came out to see what was going on. We already knew we needed a new unit. We were expecting it to be a couple of weeks before a replacement. Benjamin came out at 3 pm and we had the new unit installed that evening. The technicians that came out for the install were nothing but professional and courteous. Cowboys HVAC service was outstanding. The technician arrived early in the morning and did a thorough inspection. Discovered that the Freon was low; therefore, a leak in the system. The evaporator cooler was defective. He quickly gave me a quote on repair cost and had technicians arrive asap.. A/C now cools
