Incredible experience start to finish. From the inspection to dealing with the adjusters. I couldn’t of asked for a better more seamless experience. We contacted Jonathan after my wife spoke with a coworker that had a roof replaced by Cox. Jonathan visited our residence and inspected our roof. We had actually filed a claim with our insurance company and Jonathan was there every time he was needed and more. Although insurance was very difficult to work with, we finally went ahead and paid to have the roof replaced. Jonathan went above and beyond during this process. I would definitely recommend Cox.
I sent Justin a message this morning and within an hr or so Jonathan was contacting me to come look at my wind damage. He went above and beyond what I had asked and was very reasonable on pricing. I would definitely recommend and use these guys again. Thanks
