Twice yearly HVAC check the other day. What great service! Polite, skilled and efficient. They are an essential part of making it through the cold, wet winter. Most highly recommended!

I have been a Cozy custoner for 15 yesrs because the techs know what they are doing, they have fair prices, and give good communication. It is usually easy to schedule an appointment. I would refer them without hesitation.
With all the **** companies out there, it is apparent that Cozy is focused on customer service, which is great to see in this day and age! **** arrived on time, completed our furnace and A/C check up. He explained how everything is working fine and there was no need for any repairs. I like these guys. They did our hvac install in our new build. We had some issues but they we right on it adjusting air flow and replacing the control panel. We had them for normal service and tech was thorough, considerate, and helpful.
Cozy Heating has been extremely responsive and attentive to our furnace maintenance needs. Last winter, we had what appeared to be a leak from the furnace. Turns out the pipes under the house froze and the water was backing up and out of the weep hole in the furnace (that's what it's supposed to do). Called Cozy, they sent out a tech right away and he help defrost the piping and fix it so it will not happen again. Technician ****** was great! Diagnosed my air conditioning problem in five minutes. Part was on the truck and the system woks perfectly. Completely satisfied.
