I have loved Cracker Barrel FOREVER. I hate the new logo, but I'm not jumping on the "boycott Cracker Barrel" bandwagon unless you change the restaurants themselves. The dining rooms and gift shops are my happy place. Please don't take the charm out of them. You've already taken the charm out of the Combo Mark. I know you're trying to do SOMETHING to build sales back up, but there has to be another way. Ps. The items on my purchase receipts are gone.
As a veteran I did enjoy my visits for meatloaf and the campfire items so when they sent me word I could claim my birthday dessert soon it was just before the app update AND them saying my cellphone was no longer compatible so all those points are lost, but it's okay because I remember when those points got me a cold glass of tea when my wallet could only buy me a 🍔 & 🍟

Needs options to remove bacon from salads!
The app is terrible. The CEO should be fired for all of these terrible changes to the logo, the store and the menu. The "southern" has been removed from the restaurant and I will not be back. What a shame. The CEO is rather foolish and out of touch. Bye, bye 👋
