So easy to use - as friendly as the staff at the restaurant itself!
Love the food, this is app based alone. Most of the app work great. I use it sometimes twice a week, but often enough. The only issues that i experience are that sometimes it won't let me log in to access my rewards. sometimes it works flawlessly and others it won't let me log in no matter what I try. The other issue I have is when trying to select utensils or condiments. whenever you go to add them to order it is very difficult to click the button. I have to wrestle with it every time.

This is the first time I ordered on the app and got it delivered The only problem was it was too easy and never do it when you're hungry 😂 of course Cracker Barrel doesn't mind but seriously the food was amazing and hot. I had ordered the campfire chicken the food was amazingly good. I also ordered the chicken and Mac and cheese meal along with the fried chicken Mac and cheese meal, cinnamon rolls yummy told you I was hungry now I have dinner for days 😂. the ordering and delivery went well 💯

I'm very anti social and this app works great for that
The birthday reward doesn't work. I ate at the restaurant, there isn't a redeem in person option, and then add the cake to the order it does not discount the cake. The waitress was sweet, and said she would take care of it on her end.

Easy to use. Delivery is quick
The app is pretty easily accessible and navigating is a breeze. My only gripes, and they could easily be my own fault, are that load times are on the slower side, and I have to login and manually type in my payment information almost everytime I use the app.
