Easy to use.
I love the service but the app leaves a lot to be desired. There is no way to save your credit card information or your car information. I am thinking of getting rid of the app altogether and doing it online each time. The functionality should be the same without the worry of having another app running in the background.

The sign-in option for this app is horrible. Every time I open it I have to log in. Then if I want to pay in-store using the app I have to log in again. Which usually takes several tries and opens my browser to the Cracker Barrel website to make me log in. I would rate it 5 stars if it saved my login and/or allowed fingerprint reading, along with not requiring signing in 2 times to open the app and to pay.

The app won't let me sign in but the website does. It just keeps going back to the original login page on the app
