I'm Serious! The General Manager at Cracker Barrel in Venice,FL ..Ervin Torres.. is Absolutely Awesome!! My order went astray during Delivery (Not saying name of Delivery Co) and showed Cancelled. I contacted Cracker Barrel in Venice. I spoke to Mr. Torres. Just to make sure I didn't Input my order wrong. Mr. Torres took it upon himself to make Sure I received a New Identical Order..totalling over $40. at No cost to me. He delivered my order himself!!! That is Outstanding Customer Service!
