we order from here a lot but the quality has really gone down hill. the Roast Beef was very dried out & mashed potatoes were a hard lump.
got two tiny, dried out pieces of chicken and didnt even get the gravy that was supposed to come with it. peach cobbler was good
Order missing items, order wasn't even started until 10 minutes after the driver arrived, only to deliver a tiny Grilled Cheese Sandwich ( SUPER SMALL) Very disappointed this time around with the decision to go with Cracker Barrel.
WOW! This was Cracker Barrell? What was supposed to be Chicken Fried Steak looked like a manufactured meat patty, origins unknown. It was definitely NOT fresh beef cubed steak. I have had many, both homemade and restaurants, and NEVER anything like this. Also, gravy was hard. Pinto beans tasted like canned but could have been saved if the mentioned onion was included. ALL IN ALL - BAD!!
Food was cold when it arrived and macaroni and cheese was watery! terrible presentation. Very disappointing
The meatloaf had black burnt crust on it. The food was hard and cold.
corn was hard, green beans was sour you tasting and dumplings were hard.... could not eat
Hashbrown Casserole tasted funny and the French toast was cold
Once again, Cracker Barrel failed with putting together an order. Items missing (same items as the last time -Sawmill gravy). I called the mangersnd he apologized. At no time did the manger offer to comp the gravy item or give me a comp the next time I visit the location. Also, for the price, you get 2 tablespoons of the hashbrown casserole. A joke.
