My meatloaf looked suspicious, like maybe it had been dig into and half eaten. CB needs to tape the meals closed.

While I liked the food, I was very disappointed in the packaging. Nothing was sealed, the bag was wide open. I probably won't ever order Cracker Barrel through door dash again because I feel lke the packaging has the potential to be unsanitary. They should take note in the way that McDonald's and Chick fil a package their items. or even Panera Bread. I know when I receive food from them there was no possibility of tampering.
Sent me a small watered down orange juice.
Chicken noodle soup was extremely thick making me think it's old and has just been in a warmer. There was no liquid at all more like chicken and dumplings, very odd for a SOUP. Also no crackers were given with soup. "Baked potato" was a small cup of what I guess is mashed potatoes they put shredded cheese on. Meatloaf was dry with no sauce and the almost $5 tea was a very small cup almost similar to a kids cup. Used to enjoy Cracker Barrel but past few experiences have not gone well.
This is the second time one of my sides was missing. The store also forgot gravy for my chicken fried chicken.
My daughter chicken strips were burnt.
As always, they left out part of the order. Paid extra for gravy. Did not get it.
I'm usually a huge fan of Cracker barrel, however this meal was surprisingly disappointing. The scrambled eggs and pancakes in the Momma's Pancake Breakfast® were dry and rubbery as if cooked in a microwave. The Steak & Egg Hashbrown Casserole lacked any flavor and the potatoes were undercooked. The steak tips although seasoned, had the consistency of liver 😒.Unfortunately Cracker barrel missed the mark on this one.
