This store needs to close and secure the food bags, not leave them wide open!
Chicken tenders was really small. Apples were really dried out crispy. I have never had problems with crackers barrel but this time they let me down. Very disappointed
The bag was not sealed close upon arrival. Cracker Barrel should do a better job of sealing the bag when other people are dealing with customers orders.
Should seal bags for all DoorDash orders to ensure food safety and food tampering otherwise I would've gave 5 stars
the Hashbrown Casserole was under cooked and not browed. it was swiming in oil so much so my oven started smoking.the Smoked Sausage Patties was over cooked.
Raw bacon
Never had an issue before (I've ordered at least a dozen times from this location) but this time they left out the bacon in both of my kid's meals. They even have this "Quality Checklist" on every bag and someone signed that everything was accounted for.
The driver did not take care to keep containers from spilling in the bag. There was Beans & Greens juice all over the bottom of the bag. The food was stone cold. In store Cracker Barrel is pretty good. Take out Crackerbarrel is not good! The bacon was RAW! It was supposed to be crispy bacon. There was only enough gravy for one Buttermilk Biscuits (4) and it was stone cold. They only gave a half cup or less of Hashbrown Casserole. Did not get any butter or jelly for the biscuits.
Louisiana-Style Shrimp Skillet had 5 shrimps. The side was a spoon of very dried rice. TheBiscuit Beignets didn't have the dipping butter pecan sauce for dipping.
