Everything I've ever ordered is so tasty with lots of flavor. Their cheeseburger is the best I've ever had.
the chicken noodle soup i've ordered the last 5 times has been mostly unavailable. this time and at least once before it LOOKED and TASTED like it had been...burnt. and my chicken and dumplings have been salty to the point of being inedible before too. pic below is today's icky soup
The food was good, however, this was the very first time with Door Dash that our food was nearly 45-60 minutes for the dasher to actually get the food from Cracker Barrel (it was not her fault, as Cracker Barrel kept delaying the fulfillment of our order. The dasher was wonderful, driving through a heavy downpour of rain, she got our food here in a timely fashion.
Horrible experience with this location in Indianapolis Post Road.
Green beans had a rotten taste to them
The fish was paper thin, extraordinarily, thin, so that two pieces did not even equal one piece of fish. The rind on the lemon wedge was thicker than the fish was. Obviously, it was overcooked due to how thin it was. Hard to believe they would pawn this off on a customer. The Campfire Chicken chicken and potatoes were undercooked. And how was there no butter for the cornbread?
The manager was very rude to the dasher and yelled at the dasher. They have a history of mistreatment of dashers and customers.
My bacon is too crunchy, I don't like it.
