my food was awful. chicken tasted scorched sides were missing! $60 waisted! The manager promised to drop something on the mail for me that day to make up for it that was Oct 17th it is now November 6th.
2.59 for this old gravy. Everything was cold and the roast beef needed a knife to cut.
The Country Fried Steak was dry and did not have gravy on it, and the baked potato was almost raw and inedible. However, Chicken n' Dumplins were very good as well as the turnip greens. Doubt we will order delivery anymore from Cracker Barrel as quality was inconsistent and cannot be guaranteed and for the cost of delivery that isn't acceptable. We will stick to in person.

I and my granddaughter couldn't eat the gravy. It tasted awful. Never have liked it as much as other places but it was only place serving Biscuits n' Gravy at time we ordered. Will never order it again. Never has tasted like good home made country gravy anyway.
Mash potatoes were lumpy and black pieces of skin in them. Meatloaf was very dry, actually almost black where ketchup was because it was so over cooked. I ask for beans to have some soup in them last 2 times but they won't do it. Even the onions were limp. Bad meal.
Yummy hash brown casserole and eggs cooked right, not to mention my bacon was crispy, ! as ordered! Only complaint is the pancakes, which tasted like nothing but fish oil. And one bottle of syrup is not enough for three pancakes. Pancakes used to be so wonderful, but these were either fried in rancid oil, or a used skillet that wasn't clean.
pretty awful all around. hamburger steak way over cooked. mashed potatoes the consistency of wet cement. none of it was particularly warm.
I was craving the slow roasted, roast beef dinner. What I got was a microwaved slice of chewy gray "meat" that was mostly gristle. Very disappointing, nothing like what I have gotten in the restaurant.
