When the Biscuit Benny arrived, they literally gave us just scrambled eggs without any sauce, cheese, onions, or tomatoes. I'm giving 2 stars because what we did receive was delicious, but we were disappointed.
the Mac and cheese was burnt pretty bad on the bottom
Biscuits didn't rise and were thin and flat. Not typical at all. The eggs had either shells or something else crunchy in them. I won't order again.
**FRIDAY ONLY** Fish Fry 4 piece cod filets, Fried Okra, Cole Slaw, and Cornbread. As much as this dinner costed ($19.49), I was very disappointed. The portion size on the pieces of cod was embarrassing and the fish was horrifically overcooked. If this was the best Cracker Barrel could serve, they should have just called and told me that they were out of the cod dinners.
U.S. Farm-Raised Fried Catfish - 2 Pieces, Cole Slaw, pinto beans, fried apples, and Cornbread. Left out tartar sauce again. One Catfish filet was decent, the other was terribly thin and overcooked. Pinto beans were lackluster, won't be ordering them again.
The Cracker Barrel's Country Boy Breakfast. 3 Scrambled Eggs, Country Ham, Hash Brown Casserole, Grits, Biscuits and Gravy. All food good, except the Biscuits were little hockey pucks. Small, thin, and hard.
Country Fried Shrimp. Shrimp were fine. Steak Fries were undercooked and extremely greasy. Cocktail Sauce was left out of the order. My first order was canceled because you were out of Southern Fried Chicken. Overall a very disappointing experience with Cracker Barrel.
The steak was chewy and to done . The baked potato was dry and coukdnt get much out of it.
Momma's French Toast Breakfast® the french toast just isnt very good. the Two Buttermilk Pancakes are way better. also they forgot one of our biscuits and my sons dipping sauce
