French toast was undone and so doughy in the middle ! Hashbrown Casserole was hard and tasted stale.... grits weren't fully cooked ... eggs had shells in them... I DEFINITELY won't be ordering from them ever again... they really played over my food AND kept my money
the Crispy Tender Dippers were rubbery and undercooked and the Mac and cheese was burned. the Fried Cinnamon Apples and Two Buttermilk Pancakes were great though.
Hash brown casserole is not the same, now just dried up fried potatoes.Pancake stack arrive with small little cup of syrup , no way to know if it is sugar free to a diabetic and definitely not enough for 3 stack pancakes. Will definitely not order again from what used to be a favorite
We ordered the roast chicken with carrots, potatoes and tomatoes as a Special Mother's Day dinner. What a huge failure and major disappointment! EVERYTHING was over-cooked. The chicken was softer than rubbery; did not taste like chicken. The carrots were so overcooked they fell apart on the fork. The potatoes were also over cooked-no flavor at all. Overall it was good. However, the menu on DoorDash is incorrect to what I received. I got the grandma's snapper because it said 4 sourdough bread and it was enough to share with someone else, but I only got 2 slices. I wouldve gotten something else if that was the case.
Pinto beans were ok but did not taste fresh. They left the rice off our order.
The store left out the gravy for my chicken fried steak. When I called the manager apologized and made things right. I never had a bad experience with the food. It's always delicious, even without the gravy lol.
Chicken Tenders were well seasoned & tender, as were the Turnips. However, the mashed potatoes & gravy were cold, potatoes lumpy and not well seasoned. Biscuits were as hard as bricks, if thrown could break a window. Apparently the biscuits were a day or two old. I questioned whether the biscuits were recycled from a previous customer that may have left the behind because the small brown bag was very wrinkled & looked as if already used.
