Bad salad Having been to America several times I had never eaten at a Cracker Barrel; we decided to give it a try but I don't think I'll be returning. The staff were friendly and the dining area was clean. When we ordered 2 of the sides I tried to order were out of stock (due to local flooding- no ones fault)...

Group not seated together On the first night that we ate there our group arrived at different intervals - some were sat with us and some were told they could not sit with us. There was no reason that they could not set with us as that portion of the restaurant was almost completely empty. Went over to get a to go order and...

Keep going Hostess (Stephanie) left station to do something. We had a party of five and there were two round tables available but she shoved two together. (?) Never spoke a word. Seemed sullen and resented our being there. Next time we are going across the road to Ihop. Sending an email to CB Hq about this.

Atmosphere good!! All is is ughhh. To pricey!! Service poor Location good, nice store! Food/ Service/ Cost is ughhhh. About the 5th time I have gave a craklle barrel a try. That was my last visit to one!!

First and last time eating at a Cracker Barrel While the (overpriced) store was fun to look around and the service was adequate, the food was awful! I had assumed that "home style" meant made from scratch, WRONG! I asked the waitress about their lemonade and she said it was a powdered mix. The eggs and sausage tasted (and looked) like it came from a microwave and their idea...

Worst Cracker Barrel I've been to The food is always cold, service is very poor. Tried to talk to the manager about how cold our food was, but the waitress said it was the cooks fault cause their computers were down. We never got to talk to the manager, the waitress didn't inform him. Won't be going back.

We used to eat at this place quite often, since it was the closest restaurant to the house. The quality of both food and service steadily dropped over time. The last time I ate at this CB was almost two years ago. This evening, we decided to give it another try. We got there about 1820 and left at 1940. It was not even 25% full, but OTOH it was quite snowy. Erin got the trout and devoured it....

Long Wait at the Cracker Barrel. Long wait, below average service from our waiter, but the waiter in the next station was a freakin Super Star. The steak my wife had was over cooked. What saved the rating was the waiter from the other station. I will come again someday soon, but I need to see improvement.
