Chicken and dumpling where you but the side of hash browns came in burnt on body uneatable. I would not order the hash browns again
My potatoes were not cook properly very undercooked and hard.
We order frequently. Today the food came UNCOOKED. The grilled egg sandwich had ice cold bread slathered with butter but never grilled. The eggs were ice cold and the cheese slices weren't even melted. The fries were ice cold - half raw and overloaded in oil. The hash browns were full of bacon and we don't eat pork nor did we order the loaded ones. We called and the manager said "tell me your order number so I can justify what your saying with my cooks." My food was cold, the biscuits tasted doughy and the bacon smelled like it was cooked in fish oil.
The French toast was soggy and my dasher had to wait an hour for my order. You would think waiting for that amount of time the food would be fresh
The breaded tenders were way overcooked. They were dry and chewy.
Hambu steak/onions dry. No gravy?! Thumbs down.
The chicken was so dry it was inedible. What a disappointment! I expect better from Cracker Barrel!
