I thought I was getting a full size soda - I got a child's soda... not good

Every time I order here they don't pack everything I've ordered despite it being "checked" off on the receipt. So I'm not getting everything I've paid for, there's no way to fix it, and they don't refund me. This is the third time, despite calling, providing feedback, and promising a change. Who wants dry pancakes?!?!?!?!?!?!
The French toast was only cooked on one side and eggs too soft
Left off my tomatoes, steak was grisly and not cooked correctly. Watery eggs
The hamburger steak was a bit raw I asked for well done no pink and the potatoes was bland but after putting some seasonings and baking the hamburger for about 15 minutes it was good
They forgot my gravy, so the mashed potatoes were not as good.
