Food quality check before leaving restaurants seems not to exist. Runny eggs, burnt bacon, rock hard biscuits. Breading half off tenders .... and dumplings container all broth with maybe 2 dumplings and little bits. So sad that only 1 of 4 dinners is edible. So disappointed. Winchester store has been having a downward trend of food quality.
They forgot to give us syrup for pancakes and the pancakes were nasty they were very salty. everything else eggs etc were not very tasty either. I think the only thing my family looked was the bacon.
What an absolute travesty. If you don't intend to serve fresh food, don't put it as available on the doordash menu. For $21 I got chicken which was as hard as a rock and could only be eaten by taking all the breading off, cold mashed potatoes with a spoon of gravy, and cold loaded potatoes that had congealed. I guess it was just this time normally its good but my broccoli was burnt and meat was cold the whole was a downer.
whole order was ice cold and biscuits were rock hard.
Biscuits are overcooked. They are hard as a rock.
Ordered blueberry syrup for my French toast and got plain syrup. The French toast tasted like bacon grease.
Hash brown casserole was over cooked
This store is hit or miss like most places in this city. Some times it's great but often it looks like everything was just reheated in a microwave and dried out. It seems like one of two of the managers should be fired at this specific store.
