This time was not a good experience. Was taken all the way to the backroom, sat at a two top with nowhere to put my cane. Biscuits were soft, but cold. Food barely warm and both of us had completely ran out of our drinks at different points and was not satisfied this time around.
This was their Shepard pie. The manager then argued some kind of defensive reasoning for it being burned. Took it away and returned with another almost as burned. It was disgusting. Do not recommend.
our server trinity was great, however it took over 45 minutes for our food to get to the table and our food was over all not very good. i got sirloin tips, they tasted awful and had the texture of sausage. i typically enjoy their food but today they were off. maybe they were short staffed, im not sure but i definitely wasn’t pleased. once again, the front of house staff were very kind and hopefully next visit will be better.
Had hair in food brought me another plate. Wasn’t like I ordered. Couldn’t eat it after I got my meal. Took it home gave it to my spouse and instead of hash brown casserole having a black hair in it. The meatloaf had a hair, I never want to eat at the Beckley catcher barrel again
Unfortunately the lack of employees made it hard to enjoy even thou our waitress apologized each time she got back to us. The kitchen: over cooked my onion pedals, I got no sauces with the chicken tenders, the mashed were cold & no button or sour cream as asked and the carrots 🤮 Very disappointed in the kitchen staff. 👎🏼
